GEO Week 2023: 6-10 November

The Group on Earth Observations is hosting its annual GEO Week Plenary and Ministerial Summit in Cape Town, South Africa from 6-10 November. This year’s theme is The Earth Talks, which is meant to “reflect GEO’s unique ability to listen to what our planet is saying and inspire actions through trusted, open Earth observation solutions.” The plenary will contain in-person workshops, technical meetings, flash talks, and showcase events allowing attendees to network and highlight advancements within the Earth observations field. 

EO4SDG will be present to honor the 5 winners of the 2023 GEO SDG Awards on 8 November at an invitation-only gala awards ceremony.
