EO4SDG Side Event at GEO Week 2021

Our session focuses on scaling up Earth observation-based solutions included in the EO Toolkit for Sustainable Cities and Human Settlements to help cities and communities adapt to a changing climate, increase resilience, and strengthen environmental justice. It highlights recent work and additional opportunities to support consistent development of urban Sustainable Development Goal indicators and provide decision makers and stakeholders around the world with the integrated data and tools needed to improve resilience in cities and human settlements. The session brings together governments, private sector, academia, funders, and practitioners working in the areas of human settlements, sustainability and climate resilience.
