AmeriGEO Week 2023 (August 7 – 11)
The AmeriGEO 2023 event in Costa Rica will feature these SDG-related sessions for in-person and virtual attendance.
Biological diversity provides inherent value to our society and planet, especially in the way of ecosystem services, which play a vital role in sustainable development, food security, access to water, human health, and vulnerability to climate change and natural disasters worldwide. Throughout the presentations, dialogues, and training events to be hosted during the AmeriGEO Week event, the community aims to examine the data-driven solutions that are being leveraged to address these issues as they relate to the Americas, as well as provide knowledge, skills-sharing, and training opportunities with applications in real-world contexts.
All events are open for virtual participation. Click here for more information about AmeriGEO Week 2023.
